The Off Payroll IR35 Private Sector Reform is set to arrive on the 6th April 2021.
With it comes shifts in responsibility and liability which everyone in the supply chain needs to understand in order to manage the associated risks that come with determining the status of workers.
Contractors, and private sector companies that use them, will face greater scrutiny under the proposed changes to IR35. Hiring managers and recruitment agencies will need to make confident decisions when reviewing contracts, or risk running afoul of HMRC.
Not sure how you’re affected? Unclear about next steps? Workr Compliance is here to help. Our team has an intimate understanding of IR35, and this hub gives you unlimited access to a wealth of knowledge, expertise and support in readiness for the incoming changes.
