1. Where your company reimburses you personally for BUSINESS EXPENSES. We do not need to know about these, as you would have already claimed these on your portal. If this applies to you, please select ‘no’ to question 2.1 above.
2. Where your company reimburses you for private expenses OR pays your private expenses on your behalf e.g. gym membership- we need to know about these.enter the gross amounts (inclusive of VAT.)
