Stacey is Head of payroll for Workr Group, overseeing the group’s Umbrella payroll and benefits services. She has a CIPP foundation degree and a MSc in Business and Reward Management, and is a tutor for the CIPP. A leading figure in the payroll industry, Stacey stays up-to-date with market developments, helping us provide the best possible service for all of our clients.

Stephen is a founding investor in Workr Group. He heads up the group’s M&A program and is MD of Workr Accounting. Stephen has worked around the employment services sector for over 10 years. He was the youngest member of James Caan’s investment team at Hamilton Bradshaw for over 7 years, working at the most senior level to grow some of the industry’s
most exciting recruitment brands.

Jyoti heads up operations at Workr International, bringing a wealth of experience in client services, process management and accountancy, not to mention two languages. Jyoti has played a key role in Workr International’s evolution and has a remarkable knowledge of contracting overseas. She works tirelessly for our clients to ensure contractors are happy wherever they are working.

Dees has been with the group for over 5 years and has worked in every team during that time, giving him a unique understanding of contractors and their needs. He now heads up the client services team for Workr Accounting and ensures thousands of clients every week receive accurate and timely information on their personal finances. He is relentless in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Matt is a founder and Managing Director of Workr Group and has been in the industry over 10 years. Matt previously set up Pinnacle, a specialist payroll provider for the construction and rail sectors. He grew this to great success, earning an Investor in People award, before it was acquired in 2013. His track record of delivery has cemented him as an industry authority and a “go-to” guy in the market.

Gareth combines award winning customer service experience with a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance to ensure Workr customers have a value-add service and peace-of-mind. As head of Customer Experience he is responsible for the delivery of our ‘friendly and reliable’ customer promise. After 20 years of delivering customer service education in the energy, retail and financial sectors Gareth believes that every decision or change Workr make must have the customer at the heart of it’s design.

Mike founded Workr International in 2004, having worked around the world and identifying a need in the market for a management company that worked for contractors. He now acts as Chairman for Workr International, providing expertise and embedding his knowledge into the team. His personal and straightforward approach has been instilled into Workr International’s culture, with clients often commenting how easy it is to work with us.

Mike is a founder and heads up sales for Workr Group. He joined the industry 12 years ago and has built an almost unrivalled reputation across the UK for building longstanding relationships and forging true partnerships with agencies. Mike has built the sales teams of two other major payroll firms and twice been the youngest board member of highgrowth businesses.

Adam heads up sales for Workr Accounting and Workr International and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Over that time he has been instrumental in establishing IMS as a market leader and developed deep, longstanding relationships within agencies in London and the South-East, where there is perhaps no one as prolific and respected. Adam has a cast-iron reputation for integrity and delivering for his clients.
