What was your challenge?
In addition to his normal service, Workr Accounting helped Ali with information required for a Spouse Visa.
“Initially , having never been a director of a limited company before, I was concerned that mistakes will be made when I raise invoices, calculate expenses, and at the same time stay on top of how much tax I pay. On another occasion I needed financial information for a Spouse Visa application with the Home Office. In addition to that I had to deal with the complication of Covid-19 and its effect on businesses. “

Clarus is a an education recruitment agency with ambitious plans. We wanted to work with providers who would manage our candidates through the onboarding and payroll process, and deliver an experience we were proud of.

How did we help?
Initially Clarus worked with a select few providers to provide options for our contractors. It soon became very apparent that you were working harder and far more effectively than the rest. From visiting the office and meeting with recruiters, handling each case with a personal touch, going the extra mile looking after expectant mothers and contractors looking for additional extras, you’ve provided a bespoke and personal service to everyone at Clarus.
The team is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and they will always push to be as efficient as possible when dealing with our consultants and candidates. They are highly recommended.
What was the outcome?
We now work exclusively with you and you look after all our payroll needs. This frees up time for us to invest in placing candidates and filling the gap in the education sector to help a generation of children with education.
What was your challenge?
I recently severed a tendon in my hand and found myself unable to work, leaving me with no income and no support.
How did we help?
You checked that I was eligible for SSP payments and that I could backdate this to the start of my absence from work. You also introduced me to the Workr Health & Benefits plan to ensure any future healthcare required was covered and showed me how I could save money on everyday expenses. You made it possible for me to accrue a holiday pay pot so I could get paid more to make up my salary whilst I was off work.

What was the outcome?
It relieved my stress during the period and I was able to live much more comfortably whilst off work. The support meant that after recovering, I was able to return to work in full health.
